Q1.STAY SAFE

Remember, your ghd styler is an electrical appliance and the plates achieve very high temperatures (typically 347F). So you need to be sensible and safe.

FOR EXAMPLE:

1.Never use your ghd styler in the bathroom, over washbowls or near water.

2.Never touch the plates when they are hot.

3.This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instructions concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

4.Use styling aids and spray products away from the iron. Never spray directly onto the styler.

You should always inspect your ghd styler before you use it. If the styler, power cord or plug are damaged, do not use the styler and seek professional advice from an electrician, an approved stockist.

Q2.CHERISH AND PROTECT

Your ghd styler is a robust, state-of-the-art product. Cherish it with the love and care it deserves and you will be rewarded with long, devoted service.

1.Always switch your styler off and unplug it after use

2.Do not allow the hot plates to touch textiles, plastic materials, or heat-sensitive surfaces

3.Always ensure that the hot plates do not come into contact with the supply cord: this could melt away the insulation and risk electrocution

4.Never leave a hot styler unattended

5.Always allow the plates to cool before storing

6.When the styler has cooled, fold the supply cord in the same way as it was first delivered in its packaging. Do not wind it around your hand or the body of the styler and your styler will deliver the results every time

7.When the styler is not in use, always lay it on a flat heat-resistant surface. Never hang the styler by its cable

Q3.HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

You will receive your tracking number on your shipping confirmation email. You can track the item by clicking on the link provided on the delivery carrier website tracking service.  The details of your carrier will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Q4.HOW LONG IS MY STYLER GUARANTEED FOR?

We offer a full money back guarantee on Product returned within 7 days of receipt.This refund does not include the cost of shipping.Within this period we will repair or replace the product for you at our discretion. If your styler has become faulty due to incorrect use or accidental damage, we may still be able to repair it for you; however, this may be subject to a charge. If you choose not to proceed with a repair, and you request the styler to be returned to you, it may be subject to a small postage and handling charge.

Q5.HOW LONG IS THE CORD ON THE STYLERS?

The ghd Gold Professional stylers have a 2.7m length power cord for optimal use and ease of connectivity in salons and at home.

Q6.HOW QUICKLY SHOULD MY STYLER HEAT UP?

The ghd Gold Professional stylers heat up fast, in less than 30 seconds (40 seconds for USA voltage) so that you don’t have to wait to start styling.   When it reaches temperature you will hear 3 consecutive bleeps and the logo on the switch will remain constantly lit to indicate it is ready for styling.

Q7.DOES MY STYLER HAVE A SLEEP MODE?

Safety continues to be a priority at ghd.  For your safety and peace of mind there is a sleep mode feature on both the ghd IV stylers and ghd Gold Professional stylers.  After 30 minutes without being used, the heated plates will switch off.  When in sleep mode the light will flash and a warning beep will sound every two seconds.  Simply switch the styler off then on again to resume styling.

Q8.WILL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION BE SAVED SECURELY?

Yes, your account is password protected and we also use the latest encryption software. For additional peace of mind, you can change your password as often as you wish.

The ghd Gold Professional stylers are designed to enable creative styling – flicks, waves, curls or the perfect straight.  The ghd Gold Professional stylers have a round barrel for easy curling, and introducing a smooth movement swivel connector that makes the styler easy to manipulate during creative styling sessions.   Stylists have told us that the lighter weight of the ghd Gold Professional stylers has made curling easier than ever.

ghd ½" Professional Mini Styler and ghd Gold Professional ½" styler - are ideal for shorter, textured styles or men's hair.

ghd 1" Professional Original Styler and ghd Gold Professional 1" styler - are suitable for mid length to long hair. Perfect for achieving straight, curls, flicks and waves.

ghd 2" Professional Salon Styler and ghd Gold Professional 2" styler - the wider plates are ideal for use on long, thick hair and ideal for styling large sections.
